All Kobudo ranks involving modern weapons such as the Pistol or Rifle can only be earned by attending a state or federal instructional course which includes weapon safety, and proficiency testing, this includes Military training and examination by a qualified firearms rated Kobudo practitioner. Those winning competitions with these weapons are also to be considered. If you know rifle and pistol then it only credits you for “ONE” kobudo level. |
