·          Recognize all styles of martial arts as useful and legitimate with non being over the next.

·          Treat all students with full respect regardless of rank (but speak your mind)

 

·          Respect people with higher rank than your own as an “Elder” , then go by age

 

·          Speak not behind anyones back (talk directly to them if you have a problem)

 

·          All leaders will be treated as a team at all times

 

·          Consider “all” problems as important (find a solution and fix it)

 

·          Bow to show respect to all black belts when you recognize them (lower belts bow first / higher belts return bow) (handshake is fine in public)

 

·          Back the organization as if it were your own (because it is)

 

·          Make sure all black belts can compete with other comparable black belts of equal rank

 

·          Insure that anyone reaching 6th dan or higher be considered at the peak of excellence in that art.

 

·          Reserve 7th dan for the very best in the organization (8th is lifetime achievement)

 

·          Leadership positions will be assigned by Rank/Age/Experience/Expertise (the older the better)

·          Once a decision is arrived at, “back it” and “back” your peers, but “vote your conscience”

·          All schools will be treated equal regardless of how many students you have

 

·          We will “not” offer promotions, titles or positions to get people to join us (they must prove themselves as team players first)  (they must use P.C.M.A.) 

·          We will “not” trade ranks or accept ranks in styles we have not personally studied, some styles are very similar and will be analyzed by the board if applicable.
