Because of the flowing , circular forms of Kung Fu they sometimes are uniquely different from the Karate forms and need to be examined by a competent Shin Nagare Karate black belt also trained in Kung Fu in order to cross reference them into rank in this style. This is a guideline only intended to be flexible, after coming into this system you should strive to learn forms that meet the basic fundamental content of the examples above.
