1. Be an active member of a PCMA registered club / at least 16 years of age. 2. Minimum time in grade: 64 hours of instruction since last promotion (4 months) ( ) competition points 3. Must demonstrate the following techniques: Tani Otoshi Hane Makikomi Sukui Nage Utsuri Goshi O Guruma
6. Katame waza: a. Hadaka Jime (2 variations) b. Juji Gatame c. Te Gatame d. Waki gatame
