Requirements:   Ikkyu- (brown belt)  Senior Rank

 

1.         Be an active member of a PCMA registered club /  at least 16 years of age.

2.         Minimum time in grade:  96 hours of instruction since last promotion  (6 months) (      ) competition points

3.          Must demonstrate the following techniques:

  a. Eighth five throws of the Gokyo no waza ( 40 throws )

      i.  Yoko Guruma

     ii. Ushiro Goshi

    iii. Ura nage

    iv.  Sumi Otoshi

     v.  Yoko Gake

    vi.  Katame waza

           1. Sode guruma

           2. Kata Ha Jime

           3. Okuri Eri Jime

           4. Kata te jime

           5. Ryo te jime

           6. Ude gatame

           7. Hiza Gatame

           8. Hara gatame

           9. Sankaku gatame
